2. Customs  procedures for for import products

Step 1:

• Contact and receive customer requests for import and export products
• Prepare up a set of document for import/export cargoes, including:

               * Sales Contract

               * Commercial Invoice

               * Packing List

               * Certificate of origin (C/O),

               * Quality statement/ Certificate (Declaration of conformity)

                * The set of documents for licensing in the ministries: export license, certificate of food hygiene and safety, quarantine registration.

Step 2: Customs clearance

• Make a draft customs declaration for the export / import shipment
• Confirm the customs declaration with the customer
• Send the customs declaration to the customs office of export / import
• Perform  works required by related control government department (eg: food hygiene and safety inspection, quality control, food quarantine, inspection ...).

Step 3: Cargoes Clearance

• Liquidation of export / import declarations
• Cargoes clearance, cargo owners are allowed to transport goods to the warehouse

Step 4: Transfer the goods to the warehouse

• For import goods: Goods shall be sent to the warehouse of the importer
• For export goods: Goods shall be sent to the warehouse of the export port.

Step 5: Re-checking, filing documents and finishing the process
