Step 1: Receive Customer Request

Customers/Senders can request GHTT as following ways:

  • Call to our hotline at 0283.8 497.999 or 0916.968.365 to request a delivery.
  • Create an order directly on GHTT App. The GHTT staff will receive information and arrange delivery worker to pick up the packages.
  • You register your account and create orders on the website www.giaohangthutien.com.
  • When creating an order, please kindly provide detailed information about the products and receiver details.
  • We will consult the good price for the delivery in order to optimize the cost for customers.
  • Working time: 08:00 ~ 18:00 daily except on Sundays, holidays, ...

Step 2: Pick up as request

  • When GHTT customer service receive order information, he/she will confirm the order and the delivery time to the sender and receiver.
  • Customer can call to GHTT for packing instructions in accordance with transportation standard to ensure maximum safety for the package during transportation.
  • Customer pack the parcels by yourself to ensure the products are shipped in the safest way. If GHTT pack the parcels, we will charge packaging fee as the price list.
  • GHTT workers will come to your designated place to pick up the package as regulated time in accordance with the time and quality criteria committed to each kind of delivery fee.

Step 3: Deliver Product to customer

  • According to the delivery criteria of each package selected by the customer, GHTT will arrange workers  to deliver the products on time as customer require or quality criteria of the package.
  • GHTT will confirm the delivery time to the customer to ensure the comfort and convenience for the customer as well as ensure the commitment on delivery time.
  • After the delivery, GHTT will notify the shop owner about the order status by phone/ email at the end of the day and will update the order status on the GHTT App. 

Step 4: Inform order Status to sender

  • After the successful delivery, the sender will be received a confirmation email for the shippment.
  • In case you created an order on the GHTT App, the successful delivery status will be updated on the website with the delivery note signed by the recipient and GHTT worker.

Step 5: Payment CODm Money to sender

  • GHTT collect COD money on be half of shop owners/ senders after successful delivery and update the collection amount of each order on GHTT App at the end of the day.
  • GHTT committed to transfer refunds to customers after 2 days from successful delivery.
