2.Our COD service packages

 

GHTT provide to customer 3 service packages as below:

* COD safety 2H package:

  • Express safety delivery package, promise delivery time in only 2 hours after receiving good/parcel
  • Receiving good/parcel within 1 hour from the time customers create order completely.

COD safety 6H package:

  • Same day safety delivery service, promise delivery time in only 2 hours after receiving good/parcel.
  • Receiving good/parcel within 2 hour from the time customers create order completely.

*COD safety 24H package:

  • Receiving good/parcel within 4 hour from the time customers create order completely​.
  • Day by day safety delivery service, promise delivery time in 24 hours after receiving good/parcel.

 

3.Does GHTT have COD timer delivery service? How to count the fee?

Yes, we have. GHTT provide COD timer delivery service as customer’s request.

  • Owner must fullfill delivery request “ Timer service” when using GHTT service.
  • Service time: 7H - 19H all week days except Sunday.
  • Timer service added fee: 50,000 VND/order
  • Services applied for customers who have demand for timer delivery service.
4.Does GHTT have COD door to door delivery service? How to count the fee?

Yes, we have. GHTT suport door to door deliveryservice as customer’s request.

  • Owner must fullfill delivery request “ Door to door service” when using GHTT service.
  • Service time: 7H - 19H all week days except Sunday
  • Door to door service added fee: 30,000 VND/order
  • Services applied for customers who live in dormitory, comercial center, office tel, …
5.Which kinds of goods/parcels, GHTT serves to deliver? Kinds of goods/parcels do not yet serves to deliver?

GHTT is the express delivery service to ensure maximum security for products/goods with professional delivery workers who have the best professional attitude, friendly and gentle in the rivalry.

GHTT receive to deilver all categories of products/goods focusing on high value of products, digital devices, fragile goods such as perfume, wine.

GHTT can not deliver goods/product which are not allowed to circulation in Vietnam, prohibited goods, goods related to aviation security.

Goods outside the scope of GHTT:

  • Materials for cigarettes production and addictive substances
  • Living creature
  • Seafood
  • Mineral
  • Petrol, oil, gas including flammable and explosive products
  • Veterinary drugs, pesticides.
6.Does GHTT receive gift delivery for individuals and businesses?

Yes. GHTT provides gift delivery services for individuals and businesses.

  • Consulting, designing gift sample.
  • Packaging, decorating and delivering gifts to individuals and businesses.
  • Buy products on behalf of customers and door to door delivery gifts service.
7.If GHTT deliver the products for the first time and can’t contact to the receiver. Does GHTT have deliver products for the second time? How to calculate the delivery fee?

Yes, we have. GHTT will contact to the receiver positively before the delivery

  • GHTT will deliver products one time more.
  • If GHTT do not deliver the package for the second time because of failing in contact the receiver, GHTTwill inform the order status to the sender and update the order status on giaohangthutien.com application.
  • The second time delivery  is charge 100% of the delivery fee
8.Does GHTT support to deliver and collect COD money at other provinces?

Yes, we have. GHTT deliver and support collecting COD money at 63/63 provinces in Viet Nam.

COD fee collects at rate 1% total COD value.

9.Where does GHTT have delivery service?

 Currently, GHTT only serve customers in the following areas:

  • Center of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Deliver goods/products to capital cities of the provinces where have airline operation or direct flights.

In the coming time, GHTT will continue to expand the delivery services to other big cities in the country to serve customers better.

10.Do GHTT have inform the successful delivery to the sender and receiver?

Yes, there are two ways of successful delivery notification to the customer

1. Send SMS message by mobile phone

2. Update order status on GHTT application

11.In case, customer has any concerns, how to contact with GHTT?

1.If I want to pay more, GHTT can deliver the package earlier?
  • GHTT deliver packages on time as commitments to each service.
  • In case, you need to deliver soon, please refer to the specific time of each package to choose the appropriate services that best suits for your needs.
 
2.The fees for COD money transfer to customers, how to calculate?

GHTT calculate the COD money transfer fee according to the following regulations:

For the total COD amount < 20,000,000 VND/payment: Free of charge

  • For the total COD amount >= 20,000,000 VND / payment: Free of charge
  • For total collection fee: = VND 20,000,000 / transfer: base on the money transfer fee regulated by the bank.
3.How many COD payment methods does GHTT have? How long does GHTT transfer COD money for customers?

Aftership transfers money collected to customers after 2 days from successful delivery.

GHTT pay COD money through two ways:

* Bank transfer.

* By cash directly at the office.

GHTT pay COD money to the sender after 2 days from successful delivery day.

6.If I have made an order, but I want to change the product, how to do?
  • If the order is not confirmed on the website and App, you can change any information of order.
  • If the order is confirmed on the website and App, please CANCEL order and create new one.

Order cancellation timeline as follow:

  • For safety 6h & safety 24h delivery service packages, please cancel order 2 hours in advance from picking up time.
  • Safety 2h delivery package do not applied
  • In case of canceling order after time of regulation , there will be have 2 options:

      * If the good /parcel have still not delivered, GHTT will support to cancel or adjust orders fee of charge.

      * If the good/parcel deliveried, delivery fee is counted as normal shipment.

7.How should electronic goods be packaged?

* Packaging requirements for electronic products during delivery:

  • Electronic goods have magnetic character especially mobile phone, laptop, tablet, camera, speaker, torch, mobile phone charger.
  • Carton boxes are used for packaging to ensure safety during transportation process.
  • Using soft material inserting between inner lines to ensure that goods can not be moved, friction or collision during the transportation process.
  • Protecting the container/box by sealing tape of the customers or GHTT’s tape.
  • In case of using air freight services, customers must strictly allow safety regulations in accordance with the requirements of aviation and Viet Nam’s Government.
8.How to pack high value, fragile goods in safety?

Packing requirements for Fragile products

 Fragile goods including: Bottled food, perfume, wines and breakable goods during transportation process.

Using wooden/plastic foam boxes or cartons with a soft inner lines to prevent collision  and shifting during transportation process.

Boxes/cartons must be symbolized by specific stam such as fragile, layers ,.etc..to define clearly during transportation process.

If customers can not pack goods as packing standard regulations, customers can use GHTT packing services with full spport and counted by packing fee tariff.

If customers can not pack goods as packing standard regulations, GHTT have to refuse to deliver shipments, should be requested to change transportation methods or refuse compensation rights for damage or broken goods (if any).

9.Regulations on weight conversion, maximum weight for each package, how to charge the delivery fee?

GHTT has regulations on size, volume of the package as follow:

  • Dimensions are in centimeters (cm)
  • Volumetric weight (cm) = [Length* width* Heigh] / 6,000
  • Heavy weight products are in kilogram (kg)
  • Light weight product are in cubes  (cm3)
  • Weight of COD package at min = <5 kgs
1.How do I send a complaint?

You can proceed by one of three ways as following:

  • Login to www.giaohangthutien.com and enter your complaint to our customer service center. We will contact you for assistant and settlement right now.
  • Login to GHTT Application and enter complaint content as direction, we will contact you for assistant and settlement right now.
  • Call directly to our hotline: 0916.968.365 for more details about our delivery services.
2.In case goods/parcels lost, how does GHTT proceed conpensation?

GHTT will pay compensation money by two ways:

  • If customers use insurance service, compensation money is calculated according to each package, calculated according to the actual value of good/parcel shown up on invoice.
  • If customers do not use insurance service, compensation money is calculated by 08 times of delivery fee.
3.In case of damaged goods during the delivery process, how does GHTT calculate the compensation amount?

Compensation value is calculated by below formula:

          Total compensation amount = Compensation level base on the goods lost policy x compensation rate (%)

  • The compensation rate is as below table:

4.What are GHTT liability exemptions?

GHTT has liabilities exemptions compensation rights for goods damage in following cases:

  • Damage occurs due to the fault from the customers when declaring untrusted information before delivery.
  • Damage due to physical characterof goods , natural defect & storage condition of goods.
  • Customers can not prove the goods caused to be damaged during delivery process.
  • Goods have been delivered and the recipient do not have opion when receiving.
  • Goods delivery without invoices, origin documents, confiscated or destroyed by authority decision.
  • Customers do not allow complaint regulations  and settlement of disputes regulation.
  • Goods are robbed or usurped by recipient who are designated by sender/customers
  • Force majeure facts as storm,typhoon, fire, regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the circulation of goods
5.How long do customer receive complaint settlement result?

Regulations for the timeline of complaint settlement process:

- Two (2) months from the date of shipment fulfillment: Complaint will made in case goods are lost or damaged

- One (1) month from the date of shipment fulfillment:

  • In case of delaying in COD payment, uncorrect tariff, quality of service is not good and complaint related to parcels.
  • Customer service department will receive customer complaint and feedback within 7 working days.
  • If the complaint did not receive within 5 working days from the date of complaint receiving, GHTT have to notify to the customer and inform the refusing reason via email or telephone call.
  • Duration time for making complaints do not exceed 2 months as from the date of complaint receiving.
